THE OFFICIAL IRA SECRETARIAT HANDOVER CEREMONY

Thai Rubber Association organized the Official IRA Secretariat Handover Ceremony between Malaysian Rubber Exchange and the Thai Rubber Association on Wednesday 15th January 2014 at Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel, Hatyai, Thailand. 

As the Chairmanship of IRA for the term 2011-2012 ended, IRA Management Committee at its meeting in Singapore on 19 May 2013 selected the Thai Rubber Association to assume the posts of both Chairman and Secretariat for the term 2013-2014 after Malaysian Rubber Exchange with Dr. Salmiah Ahmad as the Chairman and Mr. Muhammad Ghazally Rosli as the Executive Secretary. 

The Thai Rubber Association is highly honored to invite Mr. Paul Sumade Lee, Chairman of Sri Trang International Pte LTD. to chair the IRA and Mr. Supadetch Ongsakul, TRA Deputy Secretary General to serve as the Executive Secretary of IRA. 

The Thai Rubber Association appreciates the presence of Dr. Hj. Suarni Sumormo, Deputy Chairman of Malaysian Rubber Exchange on behalf of YBhg. Datuk Dr. Salmiah Ahmad, Chairman of Malaysian Rubber Exchange and former Chairman of IRA and a delegate from Rubber Trade Association of Europe, Mrs. Pawinee Shearer, managing director of a Member Company of the RTAE on behalf of Mr. Howard Evans, Secretary-General of the Rubber Trade Association of Europe (RTAE) and Vice Chairman of IRA.
